Electromagnets repelling permanent magnets:
There is no test data available for an opposite pole electromagnet
to repel a permanent magnet, due to too many undefined variables of
a
permanent magnet. Permanent magnets must be disc shaped in order to
work with opposite pole electromagnets. Typical permanent magnet
sizes are 5/8" diameter x 1/16" thick Neodymium magnet for OP-1212;
1" diameter x 1/8" thick Neodymium magnet for OP-2025; and 1-1/2"
diameter x 1/4" thick Neodymium magnet for OP-3030. For more data see guideline
at
Electromagnets repelling an permanent magnet
at Applications. However, Magnetech Corp. has developed a line of
proprietary design of electromagnets with selected permanent magnets called
Push-Pull electromagnets.

Custom Opposite Pole Electromagnets:
Opposite pole electromagnets are also known as dipole, solenoid electromagnets.
Custom products were those we had designed and manufactured in the past. We can make similar products per custom specs, however cannot provide specs on displayed units. Those are not in stock.
Safety Caution:
The holding values as listed are actual readings of breaking away a 1/2" steel plate with no air-gaps between them. They have not been de-rated. For safety in holding applications, do not use electromagnets at more than 1/2 of rated value. In lifting applications, do not use at more than 1/4 of rated value. Do not use electromagnets over people.
